This 3D printed stereo bar is an easy and convenient solution for mounting two or more microphones in various stereo configurations.
The tripod connection is in 3/8", as well as the slideable threads. The bar integrates markers and angles to facilitate the setting up of various configurations:
XY : Two mics at an angle of 90° so that their capsules coincide at a single point
ORTF : Two mics spread outward at an angle of 110° with the capsules spaced 17cm apart
DIN : Two mics spread outward at an angle of 90° with the capsules spaced 20cm apart
We also created a spacing accessory to easily stack microphones, and extension bars for larger stereo configurations like AB (up to 60cm).
